Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies that we, Masallabs Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, use on the masal-labs.com.tr website. General information on the processing of your personal data can be found on the Privacy Notice (KVKK) page.
1. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files that a website you visit saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage), may also be used for the same purpose. In this policy, we refer to all of them simply as “cookies”.
2. Our approach
- Our site automatically stores only the preferences that are strictly necessary for it to function.
- Analytics cookies are used only if you consent. Unless you consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no requests are sent to Google.
- We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
- We serve fonts from our own server. We do not embed maps, videos or social media content. The links to our social media accounts are links only; unless you click on them, no data is sent to these platforms.

We use Google Analytics with Google’s “Consent Mode”. Google Analytics is stated not to record IP addresses; the retention period for event-level data has been set to [2 months]. This data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (USA); information on transfers abroad can be found in the Privacy Notice (KVKK).
4. Legal basis
Strictly necessary and functional entries are required to provide the service you have requested and are based on our legitimate interest (Art. 5(2)(f) of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”)). Analytics cookies are based solely on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5(1)); for visitors from the EU/EEA, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the legislation of the relevant country apply.
5. Managing your preferences
- Cookie banner: On your first visit, the “Accept” and “Reject” options are presented on an equal footing.
- Cookie settings: You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw your consent, the analytics cookies are deleted and data collection stops.
- Browser settings: You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary entries, your preferences will not be remembered.
6. Changes
If the cookies we use change, we will update this policy and, where necessary, ask for your consent again. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
If the language versions of this text differ, the Turkish version prevails.
